Updated Bodylastics Warranty Policy — Effective April 2, 2025

We would like to inform our customers that Bodylastics USA Inc. has made important updates to our warranty policy, effective April 2, 2025.

When our warranty policy was first introduced in 1998, the cost of living—and shipping—was significantly lower. At that time, a $5.95 replacement fee was practical. However, as shipping and operational costs have risen substantially over the years, we are making our first price and warranty policy adjustment in 27 years.

Key Updates to the Warranty Policy:
• For Failures That Occur in the First 90 days - U.S. Orders Only
• 
If a band or component snaps, breaks, or fails due to regular use within the first 90 days, Bodylastics will replace the item free of charge. Please contact support@bodylastics.com to arrange the free replacement. If you are outside of the U.S. you will need to arrange an exchange or return directly through Amazon Customer Support in accordance with their 30 day return policy.

• For Failures That Occur After the First 90 days
If a band or component snaps, breaks, or fails after the initial 90 day period, replacements will need be purchased directly through our store on Amazon at https://amazon.com/bodylastics at regular price. This streamlines the process and ensures quicker service. Amazon will offer free shipping to continental U.S. addresses and will calculate shipping to all international addresses that Amazon will ship the bands to. If Amazon is unable to ship to your address outside of the U.S. we are not able to supply replacements to that address.

**PLEASE NOTE** - WE ARE CURRENTLY RESTOCKING ALL INDIVIDUAL BANDS AND COMPONENTS AT AMAZON. PLEASE ALLOW 4-6 WEEKS FOR INVENTORY TO BE AVAILABLE.

• No More Photo Submissions Required
As of April 2, 2025, customers will no longer be required to submit photos of damaged products to make a warranty claim.

In addition to individual band replacements, we will soon be offering new 5-band basic kits at a discounted rate—an ideal solution for those looking to replace an entire set at a reduced cost.

• Upcoming Band Label Adjustmente
Bodylastics has received a lot of feedback regarding the most recent changes to the resistance band label design. We had recently changed the labels to show the maximum resistance a band will provide instead of the minumim resistance. This has caused a lot of confusion among our customers. We have always listened to our customers feedback over the years and have used this to improve the product. In response to the feedback we had received we will be returning to the label design that will show the range of resistance a band will provide. For instance, the yellow band will now show 3lbs - Max 10lbs. This will indicate the band will provide 3lbs at the beginning of the stretch and 10lbs at full elongation. All new orders received from the factory moving forward will have the adjusted range labels.
